Vizicities, Meteor, and the TFL API
A quick-n-dirty visualisation of tube trips on the London Underground. This visualisation was a proof-of-concept to test certain visualisation configurations. In this case, a Meteor
powered stack queries the Transport for London API, from which it infers a model of realtime tube train movements across Greater London. Time-lagged data-observations are connected and interactively presented to the user through means of threejs
and a time-coupled scrollbar. Buildings are inserted with the vizicites
package (OSM data).
